No quorum at regularly scheduled village board meeting
The January 3, 2023 regular village board meeting could not be held due to a lack of quorum. A quorum is the presence of at least one-half of the village trustees, in this case three trustees. Only one trustee was present at the starting time of the meeting, Steve Newbold. I was also present at that time to preside over the meeting. Therefore, minutes from the previous meeting could not be approved and none of the other agenda business conducted.
