BOIL ORDER IN EFFECT

The public works department will be repairing a water main on February 1, 2024.  The work will start around 8 AM and the water will be completely shut off for approximately five and six hours to complete the work.  Immediately after the repair a BOIL ORDER will be in effect.  The only area affected is the New Baldwin Road South of Route 13.    The boil order mandates that you boil your water for a minimum of five minutes to be safe to drink.  Please contact Village Hall 618-475-2144 if you have questions.  The village will notify the residence when the boil order is canceled.  We apologize for the inconvenience.
