The Village of New Athens Police Department is currently accepting applications to fill one full-time opening and multiple part-time openings for police officers.  Preferred (not mandatory) applicants  certified by the Illinois Training and Standards Board.  The residency requirement is living within a twenty-mile radius of New Athens (excluding Missouri).  Competitive salary, benefits include family health insurance, IMRF Pension Plan, H.S.A.
