Funds available to help low-income resident homeowners with repairs to their homes
Launch the media gallery 1 playerThe Housing Rehabilitation Program is designed to assist eligible low-income resident homeowners of St. Clair County with funds to be used to repair interior and exterior systems that threaten the health or safety of occupants. This includes areas such as electrical, plumbing, heating systems, roofing, painting, windows, doors, and lead hazard reduction.
The St. Clair County IGD will be accepting calls from homeowners requesting a pre-application to the Housing Rehabilitation Program. Calls will only be accepted on Monday, July 31, 2023, to Friday, August 4, 2023, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at 618-825-3215. Requests for a pre application will only be accepted by phone and will be mailed to clients. Walk-ins are not accepted. No one can sign up earlier than the date above
